I find it much easier to see and hear parts of myself now that was suppressed or disregarded for the longest time.

iD Sessions explained
Just as in a group setting, you, as the subject, will pick a Statement of Intention. You can come to the session already prepared with a statement of intention, or you may choose whatever comes to mind in the moment. Ultimately it is up to you to choose the statement of intention—this is important because your declaration sends a clear signal to your subconscious that you are leading the session and you’re ready for the information to reveal itself.
The statement of intention provides a framework for information to emerge. For instance, a statement of intention can be, “I am ready for love”. This enables pertinent information to be revealed so the client can piece together an understanding of past wounds, and/or formulate a path to move forward. Statements can take many forms—here are a few examples:
- As a question: Why do I feel trapped in relationships? How can I attract healthy love?
- In the negative: Money is hard to come by. I hate my job. Why can’t I have what I want?
- As an affirmation: Life supports me. I am successful. Good fortune comes easily.
- As a desire: I want to feel safe. I want to make more money. I want to be seen.
There are more possibilities to explore, but once the statement of intention has been determined, you and the facilitator can decide together how to proceed:
- The facilitator can resonate each of the parts
- You can select inanimate objects to represent each of the parts and either you or the facilitator can resonate
- You can resonate each part
Whichever approach you take, you will gain deep, informative insights that will move you forward in your exploration. You will soon realize that the wisdom that emerges from these sessions come from within you. The facilitator serves as a guide and ensures that you receive information not advice. The facilitator will also support you in integrating the information, but what you ultimately do with it is up to you. This is your journey and we want to keep the power in your hands.
If you decide to do multiple sessions (we recommend a package of six), you can opt to work with the same facilitator or different ones. Our facilitators come from different backgrounds and have different areas of specialty to serve a variety of clients, but each facilitator has been trained in the Identity Institute’s approach and upholds its standard of excellence, integrity, and belief that each of us is already whole.
