How It Works

Your donations make our Workshops possible for everyone.

Part of our Mission and Strategy is to make iD Sessions available to anyone who wants to attend, no matter their life circumstances or personal issues.
Therefore, we offer sessions on a donation basis, to adjust to your ability to pay.  The suggested donation is $25.
  • There are three donation amounts: $0, $10 and $25. If you wish to donate a different amount, simply use the ‘+’ button to modify your donation. For instance, to donate $50, click twice on the ‘+’ button connected to the $25 donation to have two $25 donations.
  • Subjects (the focus of the session) are chosen randomly at the time of the workshop from those who express interest.
  • You may reserve your place as a Subject ahead of time for $150.

After you register, check your email (and Spam or Junk folders) for an email from [email protected] with the subject "Order Confirmation" or "RSVP Confirmation" - this email contains the live link to join the iD Workshop zoom meeting.

How does an iD Session work?

Zoom workshops are held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (Pacific Time). For the first half hour the Facilitator will lead a brief discussion on subjects such as the dynamics of trauma, identity development, iD Theory, etc. This will be followed by two iD sessions, each lasting roughly an hour.

People joining for the first time may observe one or both sessions, and they may also have an opportunity to resonate if they would like.

iD sessions are not therapy, nor a substitute for therapy. But we are strong advocates of therapy and work closely with many therapists and other certified practitioners.
