iD principles and methodologies are from the original work of Dr. Franz Ruppert, a student and colleague of the late Bert Hellinger of "Family Constellations".
iD sessions are a good fit for those who are mentally stable and emotionally sound, but may be experiencing:
- relationship issues

- and more
The Identity Development Institute is the only one of its kind in the United States. Its principles and methodologies are the original work of Dr. Franz Ruppert, a student and colleague of the late Bert Hellinger.
The Founder of the Identity Development Institute, Stephen Gyllenhaal, studied with Franz Ruppert in Oslo and Munich before bringing the work to the United States. Stephen’s approach brings together powerful ideas from neuroscience, epigenetics, quantum mechanics, and psychotherapeutic work to unravel the effects of early bonding and attachment trauma, unresourceful conditioning, and unresolved personal conflicts.
Simply stated, iD Sessions provide an experiential approach to removing those things in life (limiting beliefs, past wounds, current stresses, etc.) that hold you back so you can live in the NOW and reclaim your power, vitality, and inner resources to experience the richness of life and the deeper essence of you.
