Let's start with a (not so) simple question:

What do you want?

STEP 1 : Think as hard as you want. Or don’t think at all. As the session begins, you will put  "what you want" into a sentence.

From the start the focus is on YOU. You are forming what we call a “sentence of intention” and there are no rules. (You’ve had enough rules in your life.) This sentence can be as long as you want. It can be word salad or it can be grammatically perfect. It can be symbols, a drawing – anything that pulls at you. There is no right way, except your way.

There will be others on Zoom with you, as well as a certified facilitator who will guide you, reminding you that you’re the boss, the captain of this “ship”. The facilitator is your co-pilot and navigator.

What you put in the chat can be thoughtful, angry, pensive, desperate. You can spend days preparing. Or make it up on the spot. You can believe that something important will happen or be convinced this is ridiculous. We are strong believers in skepticism. Be you. Feel you. Think you. There is no other you, but you.

STEP 2: A facilitator will then guide you... to pick three words from your sentence to pick three words from your sentence and ask three people to represent each word, which we call resonating

Everyone else will leave the screen, as you repeat your sentence and let everyone know you’re ready. Then let the magic (the science - neurobiology, epigenetics, quantum mechanics) begin...

As the session unfolds, a second question will begin to emerge...

Who are you?

Often you will see aspects of yourself in these resonators. You may also see qualities of important people in your life, which have been imbedded in your neurobiology and biology, often having helped or hurt you as your identity developed.

How it works.

About People: Every moment we receive and transmit massive amounts of nuanced data through a multitude of interacting systems including the nervous system, neural, ocular, bacterial, digestive, muscular, genetic, hormone, skeletal, cellular, blood, genetic and psychological systems. It is this network of systems (more complex than anything else on earth) responding to a subject’s word.

About Resonating:  The multitude of human systems is like a musical instrument whose strings “vibrate” from what is being transmitted from the subject’s network of systems. All five networks (the subject; the three resonators and the facilitator) are equally complex and nuanced, passing data between them, sensing body pains, memories embedded in the neurobiology, etc.

"My experience of resonating is the closest I’ve come to walking in someone else’s shoes, giving me access to emotions and ways of being that are from someone who has polar opposite values from me.

STEP 3: Become what you want.
